Our group is led by Ciara, a qualified fitness coach.

The first part of the session is half an hour aerobic, cardiovascular exercise, and the second half an hour consists of chair based exercise which includes balance, joint and muscle group strengthening, finishing up with stretches and relaxation.

Keeping fit is an essential part of our daily living for people who have left employment, as it's good for mind and body so come along and join in. If there are any exercises you can't do you just sit them out
