Scrabble – New Group Leader Wanted!

For confirmed and novice wordsmiths alike, this could be just the group for you!

Our Scrabble group is a friendly, sociable gathering, with a mixture of players – from those who enjoy a relaxed game and good conversation to those who relish a little friendly competition.

We like to think we define the adjective zealous and the noun serendipity – and all without a cross word!

We are looking for a new Group Leader to help keep the words, fun and friendship going.

New members are very welcome, whatever their Scrabble experience. Come along and give it a try!

We meet every Tuesday afternoon at St Peter's Church Hall, starting at 2.00pm.

Just drop in, or contact the Group Leader. Committee members are usually available from 1.30pm and will be happy to introduce you.

Your first taster session is free! (Please note: no taster sessions are available in December.)

The charge includes refreshments – and perhaps even a chocolate biscuit!
