This group is run by Meols u3a, and so members of Birkdale & Ainsdale u3a need to ensure they have their current membership cards with them
These walks will run during the finer months of March to October inclusive.
They are short easy walks lasting about 40 - 45 minutes aimed at socialising, as well as gaining some exercise benefit.
There is always somewhere to sit and stop and rest along the way. A list of walks will be available at each monthly meeting, and the walk will always end where we can have refreshments.
